Appearance
This product is light yellow tablet.
Indication
It is suitable for acne, lichen planus, leukoplakia, pityriasis rubra pilaris and facial pityriasis, etc. It can be used as an adjuvant treatment for psoriasis and ichthyosis, and can also be used to treat multiple common warts and various skin diseases such as abnormal keratinization. It is also used to treat acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL) and can be used as a maintenance treatment drug.
Usage and Dosage
Oral: 2-3 times a day, 10 mg each time.
Adverse Reactions
1. Cheilitis, dry mucosa, conjunctivitis, paronychia, and hair loss. 2. Hyperlipidemia, which usually occurs 2-3 months after treatment. 3. Causes embryonic malformation. 4. Liver damage. 5. Others: headache, dizziness (more common in people under 50 years old than in the elderly), bone thickening, dry mouth, desquamation, photoallergy, skin pigmentation changes, etc.
Precautions
Pregnant women; patients with severe liver and kidney damage are prohibited from using this product.
