Usage and Dosage

Nadroparin calcium injection: 1. 1 mg/kg each time, twice a day. Intravenous injection: If necessary, a loading dose of 30 mg can be given intravenously. 2. Arterial injection: 1 mg/kg of body weight is administered and injected into the arterial catheter to prevent extracorporeal blood coagulation. If the patient is at risk of severe bleeding (especially dialysis before and after surgery) or has progressive bleeding symptoms, 0.5 mg/kg or 0.75 mg/kg can be administered for each dialysis.
