beta;-Methyl-(3-benzoyl)phenylacetic acid is also known as ketoprofen.

This product is white tablets.

Used to relieve mild to moderate pain such as joint pain, neuralgia, muscle pain, migraine, headache, dysmenorrhea, and toothache.

Oral joint pain: 1 tablet at a time, 3 to 4 times a day. The maximum dosage is 4 tablets a day. Dysmenorrhea: 1 tablet at a time, 1 time every 6 to 8 hours, and can be increased to 2 tablets each time if necessary. To reduce gastrointestinal irritation, it should be taken after meals.

1 Gastrointestinal reactions are common, such as stomach pain or discomfort, flatulence, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, diarrhea, constipation, etc. In severe cases, upper gastrointestinal ulcers, bleeding and perforation may occur. 2 Allergic reactions: allergic dermatitis, skin itching, exfoliative dermatitis, laryngeal edema, bronchospasm (allergic), etc. 3 Eyes: blurred vision, retinal hemorrhage. .4 Cardiovascular system: arrhythmia, increased blood pressure, palpitations. 5 Central nervous system: dizziness, headache, tinnitus, hearing loss, mental tension, depression, hallucinations, drowsiness, numbness of the limbs, etc. .6 Liver and kidney: liver damage, decreased renal function, interstitial nephritis, kidney disease. .7 Blood system: epistaxis, granulocytopenia, thrombocytopenia, hemolytic anemia, etc. 8 Others: water retention (rapid weight gain, decreased urine volume, facial edema, etc.), stomatitis, hyperhidrosis, etc.

1. Patients who are allergic to aspirin or other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs are prohibited from using this product. 2. Patients with active peptic ulcer are prohibited from using this product.

1. When drinking alcohol or taking it with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, it increases gastrointestinal adverse reactions and bleeding tendency, and there is a risk of ulcers. Long-term use with acetaminophen can increase the toxic side effects on the kidneys. 2. When used with anticoagulants such as heparin and coumarin and platelet aggregation inhibitors, there is an increased risk of bleeding. 3. When used with furosemide, the latter's sodium excretion and antihypertensive effects are weakened. 4. When used with verapamil and nifedipine, the blood concentration of this product increases. 5. Ketoprofen can increase the blood concentration of digoxin, and the dose of digoxin should be adjusted when used together. 6. This product can enhance the effect of antidiabetic drugs (including oral hypoglycemic drugs). 7. When used with antihypertensive drugs, this product affects the latter's antihypertensive effect. 8. This product can reduce the excretion of methotrexate, increase its blood concentration, and even reach toxic levels. Therefore, this product should not be used with medium or large doses of methotrexate. 9 Ketoprofen should not be used with probenecid, as the latter can increase the blood concentration of this product and cause the risk of poisoning. 10 This product should not be used with aspirin, as the latter can also reduce the protein binding rate of this product, reducing the formation and excretion of this product's conjugate.
