Tranexamic Acid Sodium Chloride Injection
Function and Efficacy
Fibrinolysis is related to the decomposition of fibrin in the physiological or pathological state, increased vascular permeability, etc., and is also related to the body's reaction caused by fibrinolysis, the occurrence, development and cure of various hemorrhagic symptoms and allergic reactions. This product can inhibit the action of this plasmin, and show hemostatic, anti-allergic and anti-inflammatory effects. The action of anti-plasmin Tranexamic acid can strongly adsorb to the lysine binding site (LBS) of the fibrin affinity site on plasminogen, inhibiting fibrinolytic acid, and the binding of fibrinolytic acidogen to fibrin, thereby strongly inhibiting the fibrinolysis caused by plasmin; in addition, in the presence of anti-plasmins such as macroglobulins in serum, the anti-fibrinolytic effect of tranexamic acid is more obvious, and the hemostatic effect is more significant. Abnormally hyperactive plasmin will cause platelet aggregation inhibition and decomposition of coagulation factors. Mild hyperactivity first leads to fibrin decomposition. Therefore, it is considered that in general bleeding, tranexamic acid can inhibit fibrin decomposition and play a hemostatic role. Anti-allergic and anti-inflammatory effects: Tranexamic acid can inhibit the production of agglutinins and other active substances that cause increased vascular permeability, allergic reactions and inflammatory lesions (pigs and rats).

Appearance
This product is a colorless clear solution.
Indication
This product is mainly used for various bleeding caused by acute or chronic, localized or systemic primary hyperfibrinolysis. This product is generally not used for secondary hyperfibrinolysis caused by disseminated intravascular coagulation before heparinization.
Usage and Dosage
Intravenous drip, generally 0.25~0.5g for adults at a time, 1~2g per day if necessary, divided into 1~2 doses. The dose can be appropriately increased or decreased according to age and symptoms or as directed by the doctor. To prevent bleeding before and after surgery, the above dose can be used as a reference. To treat bleeding caused by primary fibrinolysis, the dose can be increased as appropriate.
Adverse Reactions
This product has fewer adverse reactions than 6-aminocaproic acid. Occasionally, drug overdose may cause intracranial thrombosis and bleeding; there are also diarrhea, nausea and vomiting; less common are menstrual discomfort (caused by blood coagulation during menstruation); because this product can enter the cerebrospinal fluid, after injection, there may be blurred vision, headache, dizziness, fatigue and other central nervous system symptoms, especially related to the injection speed, but rarely. Those who must continue to use this product for a long time should undergo ophthalmological examination and monitoring (such as vision test, vision, visual field and fundus).
Precautions
It is contraindicated for those who are allergic to any ingredient of this product.
Special Population Medication
Precautions for children: Not yet clear. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Not yet clear. Precautions for the elderly: Generally, elderly patients should reduce the dosage due to the decline of physiological functions, or follow the doctor's advice.
Drug Interactions
It is forbidden to use it in combination with penicillin or urokinase hormones and other thrombolytic agents. It is also forbidden to use it in combination with oral contraceptives, estrogen or prothrombin complex concentrates, which may increase the risk of thrombosis.
