Bismuth Potassium Citrate Oral Solution
Function and Efficacy
The main ingredient of this product is bismuth tripotassium dicitrate. In the acidic environment of the stomach, it forms a diffuse protective layer covering the ulcer surface, preventing gastric acid, enzymes and food from invading the ulcer. This product can also reduce the activity of pepsin, increase mucin secretion, and promote the release of prostaglandins from the mucosa, thereby protecting the gastric mucosa. In addition, this product has a killing effect on Helicobacter pylori (HP), thus promoting the healing of gastritis.

Appearance
This product is a colorless or slightly yellow clear liquid with a special aroma and sweet taste.
Indication
Used for chronic gastritis and to relieve stomach pain, heartburn and acid reflux caused by excessive stomach acid.
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration: Take 1 bottle (5 ml) at a time, dilute it 3 times with warm water, and take it 3 times a day.
Adverse Reactions
During medication, there may be an ammonia smell in the mouth, and the tongue coating and stool may become gray-black, which will disappear on its own after stopping the medication; nausea and constipation may occasionally occur.
Precautions
It is contraindicated for patients with severe kidney disease and pregnant women.
