This product is a colorless or almost colorless clear liquid.

Dilute diltiazem hydrochloride injection with more than 5 ml of normal saline or glucose injection, and use the medicine as follows: 1. Supraventricular tachycardia: single intravenous injection. Usually, the adult dose is 10 mg of diltiazem hydrochloride, which is slowly injected intravenously over about 3 minutes, and can be appropriately increased or decreased according to age and symptoms. 2. Emergency treatment of abnormal hypertension during surgery: single intravenous injection. Usually, adults are given 10 mg of diltiazem hydrochloride, which is slowly injected intravenously over about 1 minute, and can be appropriately increased or decreased according to the patient's age and symptoms. Intravenous drip: diltiazem hydrochloride is usually dripped intravenously at a rate of 5 to 15 μg/kg/min for adults. When the blood pressure drops to the target value, adjust the drip rate while monitoring the blood pressure.

1. Patients with severe hypotension or cardiogenic shock. 2. II and III degree atrioventricular block or sick sinus syndrome (persistent sinus bradycardia (heart rate less than 50 beats/min), sinus arrest and sinoatrial block, etc.). 3. Patients with severe congestive heart failure. 4. Patients with severe cardiomyopathy. 5. Patients who are allergic to any of the ingredients in the drug. 6. Pregnant or potentially pregnant women. 7. Avoid administering intravenous diltiazem and intravenous beta-blockers at the same time or at a close time (within a few hours). 8. Patients with ventricular tachycardia, wide QRS tachycardia.

Precautions during pregnancy and lactation: Contraindicated for women who are pregnant or may become pregnant
