Sodium Alginate Diester and Sodium Chloride Injection
Function and Efficacy
Sodium alginate is a polysaccharide compound obtained by introducing effective groups and refining seaweed extract as the basic raw material. It belongs to the class of heparin drugs. Sodium alginate has the characteristics of anionic polyelectrolyte fiber structure, which can concentrate charges along the chain. Under the action of its electric repulsion, the surface of cells rich in negative charges can enhance the mutual repulsion, so it can resist the adhesion between red blood cells and between red blood cells and blood vessel walls, significantly reduce blood viscosity, and improve microcirculation. In addition, sodium alginate can inactivate thrombin, inhibit platelet aggregation caused by damage to the vascular endothelium, adenosine diphosphate (ADP) and thrombin activation, and has an anticoagulant effect. After the application of sodium alginate, the content of total cholesterol, triglycerides and low-density lipoprotein (LDL) in plasma can be reduced, and the level of high-density lipoprotein (HDL) can be increased. It has the effect of lowering blood lipids.
