Function and Efficacy
This product has an antidiarrheal effect on diarrhea in mice caused by ampicillin, and has a laxative effect on constipation in mice induced by compound diphenoxylate. It can significantly reduce the ulcer area and reduce the activity of myeloperoxidase in experimental ulcerative colitis in rats induced by sodium dextrose sulfate, and has a significant anti-inflammatory therapeutic effect. The results of in vitro tests show that this product has an inhibitory effect on the growth of Escherichia coli, Salmonella typhi, Proteus vulgaris, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus and Shigella dysenteriae.
Ingredients
Each tablet of this product contains no less than 5.25×107 (7 is a superscript) CFU of Bacillus coagulans (TBC169). Excipients are: microcrystalline cellulose, anhydrous glucose, sodium carboxymethyl starch, and magnesium stearate.
Appearance
This product is white or off-white tablets with yellow spots and no peculiar smell.
Indication
Treat acute and chronic diarrhea, chronic constipation, abdominal distension and indigestion caused by intestinal flora imbalance.
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration: for adults, take 6 tablets for the first time, 3 tablets each time thereafter, 3 times a day, with warm water. For acute diarrhea, use for 3 to 7 days; for chronic diarrhea or chronic constipation, use for 14 to 21 days.
Adverse Reactions
No adverse reactions were observed in clinical studies.
Precautions
It is contraindicated for those with a history of allergy to microecological preparations.

Drug Interactions
1. Bacillus coagulans is sensitive to ampicillin, neomycin, cefazolin, cefuroxime, cefotaxime, chloramphenicol, furazolidone (Furazolidone), co-trimoxazole and norfloxacin, so this product cannot be taken at the same time with such drugs. 2. If used at the same time with other drugs, drug interactions may occur. Please consult a doctor or pharmacist for details.
