Toxicology: [Pharmacokinetics] According to reports, cetirizine hydrochloride is rapidly absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract after oral administration. For healthy adults, taking 10 mg orally, the peak time (Tmax) of blood drug concentration is 30-60 minutes, the peak blood drug concentration (Cmax) is 300ng/ml, the plasma half-life is about 10 hours, and about 70% of the original drug is excreted from the urine, and a small amount is excreted from the feces. Cetirizine has a high protein binding rate.

Indication
Used for seasonal or perennial allergic rhinitis and urticaria.
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration. Adults or children over 12 years old, 10 mg (1 tablet) each time, once a day. Or follow the doctor's advice. If obvious adverse reactions occur, the drug should be discontinued.
Adverse Reactions
Adverse reactions are mild and transient, including drowsiness, sleepiness, headache, dizziness, agitation, dry mouth, and gastrointestinal discomfort. Occasionally, aspartate aminotransferase is slightly elevated.
