Bacitracin
Indication
It is used for skin, soft tissue and eye infections caused by sensitive bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus, hemolytic Streptococcus, and Pneumococcus. Due to the severe nephrotoxicity of this product, it is no longer used systemically and is only applied topically. It can also be taken orally to treat oropharyngeal infections.
