It is mainly used for rickettsial diseases, mycoplasma pneumonia, lymphogranuloma, chancre, plague, cholera, brucellosis (used in combination with streptomycin), etc. It can also be used for systemic or local infections caused by sensitive strains such as Escherichia coli, aerogenes, Shigella, Haemophilus influenzae, Klebsiella, etc. In addition, it can be used for infections caused by gonococci, syphilis, spirochetes, Listeria, Clostridium difficile, anthrax, actinomycetes, and Fusobacterium. When the patient is not resistant to penicillin, this product (or other tetracyclines) can be considered. This product can also be considered for infections caused by sensitive strains of streptococci. As for Staphylococcus aureus, most strains are resistant to this type of drug. In addition, this product can also be used for the adjuvant treatment of amebiasis. The indications are the same as those of tetracycline. It is mainly used for bacteria resistant to other tetracyclines.

Oral. Pediatric dosage: 8 years and above, first dose: 4mg/kg, then: 2-4mg/2-4mg/(kg.time) Adult dosage: first dose: 0.2g, then 0.1g/time, once/12h Gonorrhea: 300mg, once.
