It is a selective β2 receptor agonist, which has a strong and lasting effect in relaxing bronchial smooth muscles. It can enhance ciliary movement, dissolve mucus and promote sputum discharge. However, it has little effect on the cardiovascular system.

This product is a compound preparation. Each 1 ml contains 12 mg of acetaminophen, 0.12 mg of chlorpheniramine maleate, and 0.48 mg of methylephedrine hydrochloride.

This product is white tablets.

Used to relieve bronchial asthma and bronchospasm caused by chronic asthmatic bronchitis.

Oral administration: 10-20ml (1/6-1/3 bottle) at a time for adults; reduce the dosage for the elderly and children or follow the doctor's advice, three times a day.

A small number of patients may experience mild palpitations, finger tremors, dizziness, dry mouth, etc., which usually disappear on their own during the medication process.
