Low Molecular Weight Heparin Sodium for Injection

Low molecular weight heparin sodium has antithrombin III (ATⅢ)-dependent anti-Xa factor activity. Pharmacodynamic studies have shown that low molecular weight heparin sodium has an inhibitory effect on the formation of thrombi in vivo and in vitro, arterial and venous thrombi. This product can stimulate endothelial cells to release tissue factor coagulation pathway inhibitors and plasminogen activators. The molecular weight 6000D preparation affects the coagulation function and APTT is slightly prolonged. This product is not used as a thrombolytic drug, but has an indirect synergistic effect on thrombolytic drugs. When the antithrombotic effect is produced, the possibility of bleeding is small. This product has no mutagenic effect and does not affect reproductive function and embryonic development.

The main ingredients and chemical names of this product are: sodium salt of ammonium sulfate, dextran fragment obtained by cleavage of heparin sodium. Molecular weight: less than 8000 Daltons.

This product is a colorless or light yellow clear liquid.

This product is mainly used to prevent blood clot formation during hemodialysis, and can also be used to prevent deep vein thrombosis. Pregnant women with thrombophilia or existing venous thrombosis are indicated for this product.

1. The route of administration of this product is subcutaneous injection into the abdominal wall or as directed by a doctor; 2. Prevent blood clot formation during hemodialysis. The best dose should be selected according to the patient's condition and hemodialysis technical conditions. Under normal circumstances, 5000AⅩaIU of this product should be injected from the arterial end of the vascular channel at the beginning of each dialysis. The dose should not be increased during dialysis or as directed by a doctor; 3. Prevent deep vein thrombosis. Inject 2500AⅩaIU 1-2 hours before surgery, and subcutaneously inject 2500AⅩaIU every day after surgery, and continue to use the drug for 5 days after surgery.

Minor bleeding, thrombocytopenia, allergic reactions, mild hematoma and necrosis at the injection site may occur occasionally.

This product is contraindicated for patients who are allergic to it, have acute bacterial endocarditis, thrombocytopenia, or accidental cerebral hemorrhage.

Precautions for children: This product is not suitable for children. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: If this product is needed during pregnancy and lactation, a doctor or pharmacist should be consulted before use. For safety reasons, this product should not be used during pregnancy, but it is not contraindicated during lactation. Precautions for the elderly: When used for prevention, elderly patients do not need to adjust the dose. When used for treatment, anti-Xa activity should be measured.

When this product is used simultaneously with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, salicylates, oral anticoagulants, drugs that affect platelet function and plasma expanders (dextran), careful observation should be made, as these drugs can increase the risk of bleeding.
