Nifuratel-nystatin vaginal suppository

Nifuratel is a nitrofuran derivative with a broad-spectrum antimicrobial effect, and is active against Trichomonas, bacteria, Candida albicans, etc. Nystatin is a polyene antifungal drug with strong activity against Candida. Nifuratel nystatin has a broad-spectrum antifungal, anti-trichomonal, and antibacterial activity in vitro. There is no negative interaction between the two components, and it can provide a safer effect in the treatment of mixed vaginal infections (Candida, Trichomonas and bacteria), when the pathogen cannot be clearly diagnosed in time, and when fungal superinfection and recurrence after other drug treatments cannot be prevented. Experiments have shown that this product has mild toxicity in acute toxicology tests on animals.
