Function and Efficacy
Nadifloxacin is a DNA topoisomerase inhibitor, which kills bacteria by hindering the replication of bacterial DNA. This product has strong antibacterial activity against Propionibacterium acnes, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Gram-positive bacteria, Gram-negative bacteria and anaerobic bacteria, and has a broad antibacterial spectrum; this product has the same antibacterial activity against MRSA-resistant and non-resistant Staphylococcus aureus; it has good antibacterial activity against b-lactamase-producing bacteria; no cross-resistance was found between this product and existing new antibacterial drugs. In vivo tests have shown that this product has a good therapeutic effect on mouse models of subcutaneous infection with Staphylococcus epidermidis and other bacteria. Toxicological studies on genetic toxicity: The results of the histidine-deficient Salmonella typhi and Escherichia coli reverse mutation test and CHL cell chromosome aberration test were all negative, and the mouse micronucleus test was positive. Reproductive toxicity: Male rats were subcutaneously injected with this product at a dose of 75 mg/kg/day from 63 days before mating to the entire mating period, and female rats were subcutaneously injected with this product from 14 days before mating to the 7th day of pregnancy. Except for local irritation, slow weight gain of male rats and increased cecal weight, no obvious effects on parental fertility, fetal survival, visceral and skeletal development were observed. Female rats were subcutaneously injected with this product at a dose of 75 mg/kg/day from the 7th to the 17th day of pregnancy, which can reduce fetal weight and placental weight. The non-toxic dose is 15 mg/kg/day. Female rats were subcutaneously injected with this product at a dose of 75 mg/kg/day during the perinatal period, and no adverse effects were observed on the mother rats and offspring.

This product is a white or off-white ointment.
Indication
Acne vulgaris, folliculitis, impetigo.
Usage and Dosage
Take an appropriate amount of this product, twice a day, and apply to the affected area after cleaning it.
Adverse Reactions
This product has fewer adverse reactions. A small number of patients experience skin itching, irritation, flushing, papules, facial fever, contact dermatitis, and dry skin. The incidence of the above adverse reactions is less than 1%.
