Function and Efficacy
Hepatitis B surface antigen can stimulate antibody-forming cells in the human body to produce antibodies that neutralize hepatitis B virus and can be used to prevent hepatitis B virus infection.
Ingredients
This product is made from hepatitis B virus surface antigen (HBsAg) expressed by recombinant CHO cells, which is purified and adsorbed with adjuvants for the prevention of hepatitis B.
Indication
After vaccination, this vaccine can stimulate the body to produce immunity against hepatitis B virus and is used to prevent hepatitis B.
Usage and Dosage
1. Shake the vaccine thoroughly before injection. 2. The injection site is in the deltoid muscle of the upper arm. 3. For susceptible people, use 10g/vial. The first injection is given one month later and the second and third injections are given six months later. The whole course is injected three times. 20g/vial can also be used for newborns. The first injection should be given within 24 hours after birth.
Adverse Reactions
This vaccine rarely has adverse reactions. Some people may experience a mild or moderate fever or slight pain at the injection site, which disappears within 24 hours.
Precautions
1. Those with fever or acute or chronic serious diseases are prohibited from using this product. 2. Those with a history of allergies are prohibited from using this product.
