Appearance
This product is white tablets.
Indication
It is mainly used for digestive tract cancer (esophageal cancer, gastric cancer, colorectal cancer) and is also effective for breast cancer.
Usage and Dosage
Adults take 200 mg orally once, 3 to 4 times a day; or 140 mg/m2 per day based on body surface area, divided into 3 doses. Combined chemotherapy: 200 mg once, 3 times a day.
Adverse Reactions
Occasionally, leukopenia and thrombocytopenia may occur in the blood system. Occasionally, speech, walking and consciousness disorders, extrapyramidal system reactions, etc. may occur in the nervous system. Digestive tract reactions include nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea, and rarely, digestive tract ulcers. Abnormal liver and kidney function, sometimes chest pain and ECG abnormalities. Other symptoms include rash, fever, edema, etc.
