Function and Efficacy
Pearl eye-clearing liquid is made of pearl hydrolyzate and borneol. The main component of pearl hydrolyzate is pearl. Pearl has the functions of calming the mind, nourishing yin and extinguishing fire, clearing heat and expelling phlegm, removing cataracts and improving eyesight, detoxifying and promoting muscle regeneration. Modern pharmacological studies have shown that pearl has anti-aging, antioxidant, anti-tumor effects, promoting wound granulation and reducing myocardial and brain tissue lipofuscin. Borneol has the functions of opening all orifices, dispersing stagnation, removing cataracts and improving eyesight, reducing swelling and relieving pain. Pharmacological studies have shown that borneol has obvious analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects. Local application has a slight stimulation to the sensory nerves and analgesic and antiseptic effects. Borneol is easily absorbed through mucous membranes and subcutaneous tissues.
