Function and Efficacy
This product can significantly inhibit ammonia-induced coughing in mice, prolong the latent period of coughing, and significantly prolong the latent period of citric acid-induced coughing in mice, and reduce the number of coughing; it can significantly increase the amount of sputum in rats, significantly prolong the latent period of spray-induced asthma attacks in guinea pigs, significantly dilate the bronchial tubes of water rats, and shorten the perfusion time.
