Function and Efficacy
Lacidipine is a specific and highly effective calcium ion antagonist that is highly selective for calcium channels in vascular smooth muscle. Its main effects are to dilate peripheral arterioles, reduce peripheral vascular resistance and lower blood pressure.

Usage and Dosage
The initial dose is 2 mg once a day. It should be taken at the same time every day, preferably in the morning. The treatment of hypertension should be adjusted according to the severity of the disease and individual differences.
Adverse Reactions
Data from large clinical studies (both internal and public) have been used to determine the frequency of adverse events ranging from very common to uncommon.
Precautions
Patients who are allergic to any of the ingredients in this product are contraindicated. Like other dihydropyridine drugs, lacidipine is contraindicated in patients with severe aortic stenosis.

Drug Interactions
This product can produce additional antihypertensive effects when used in combination with other antihypertensive drugs, including antihypertensive drugs such as diuretics, β-blockers or angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors. Combination with cimetidine can increase the blood concentration of this product.
