This product is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory analgesic. It has analgesic, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects, and its anti-inflammatory effect is relatively strong. Acute toxicity test results: the oral LD50 of rats is 780mg/kg, and the oral LD50 of mice is 630mg/kg.

Appearance
This product is white or off-white tablets.
Indication
It is used for mild and moderate pain, such as pain after dental, obstetric or orthopedic surgery, as well as pain caused by soft tissue injury and bone and joint pain. In addition, it is also used for dysmenorrhea, vascular headache and cancer pain.
Usage and Dosage
Common oral dosage for adults: for analgesia or treatment of dysmenorrhea, start with 0.5g, then continue with 0.25g, once every 6 hours. One course of treatment should not exceed 7 days.
Adverse Reactions
1 Gastrointestinal reactions are common, such as abdominal discomfort, burning sensation in the stomach, loss of appetite, nausea, abdominal pain, diarrhea, indigestion. Severe cases may cause peptic ulcers; 2 Others: depression, dizziness, headache, irritability, blurred vision, sweating, shortness of breath, difficulty sleeping, etc. Allergic rashes are rare.
Precautions
1. Patients with known allergies to this product. 2. Patients who have experienced asthma, urticaria or allergic reactions after taking aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. 3. Contraindicated for the treatment of perioperative pain during coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG). 4. Patients with a history of gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation after taking non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. 5. Patients with active peptic ulcers/bleeding, or patients with recurrent ulcers/bleeding in the past. 6. Patients with severe heart failure.
Special Population Medication
Precautions for children: There is no clinical data on safety and efficacy for children under 14 years old. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Not suitable for use. Precautions for the elderly: Elderly people are prone to toxic and side effects, so the initial dosage should be small.
Drug Interactions
1. When drinking alcohol or taking it with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, it increases gastrointestinal side effects and has the risk of causing ulcers. Long-term use with acetaminophen may increase the toxic side effects on the kidneys; 2. When used with aspirin or other salicylic acid drugs, the efficacy is not enhanced, but the incidence of gastrointestinal adverse reactions and bleeding tendency increases; 3. When used with anticoagulants such as heparin and dicoumarol and platelet aggregation inhibitors, there is an increased risk of bleeding; 4. When used with furosemide, the latter's sodium excretion and antihypertensive effects are weakened; 5. When used with verapamil and nifedipine, the blood concentration of this product increases; 6. This product can Increase the blood concentration of digoxin, so be sure to adjust the dose of digoxin when used together; 7 This product can enhance the effect of oral antidiabetic drugs; 8 This product can affect the antihypertensive effect of the latter when used together; 9 Probenecid can reduce the excretion of this product, increase the blood concentration, and thus increase toxicity, so it is advisable to reduce the dose of this product when used together; 10 This product can reduce the excretion of methotrexate, increase its blood concentration, and even reach toxic levels, so this product should not be used together with medium or large doses of methotrexate.
