Compound ammonia-sensitive paparazzi tablets
Function and Efficacy
The acetaminophen in this product produces analgesic effects mainly by inhibiting the synthesis of prostaglandins (inhibiting prostaglandin synthase) and blocking the impulses of pain nerve endings. The latter may be related to inhibiting the synthesis of prostaglandins or other substances that can sensitize pain receptors (such as 5-hydroxytryptamine, bradykinin, etc.). The antipyretic effect is produced by the peripheral vasodilation of the hypothalamic temperature regulation center, and works by increasing blood flow, sweating and heat loss in the skin. Chlorpheniramine maleate is an antihistamine that competitively blocks histamine (H1) receptors and relieves allergic symptoms. It can relieve sneezing, tearing, runny nose and itchy throat. It also has an anti-M cholinergic receptor effect to dry the nasal mucosa. In the compound dog flower dry extract powder, Bupleurum dispels wind and heat, soothes the liver and raises yang; Ligusticum chuanxiong dispels wind, dispels cold, removes dampness and relieves pain; Scutellaria baicalensis clears heat and dries dampness, purges fire and detoxifies; Saposhnikovia divaricata relieves the exterior, dispels wind and overcomes dampness; and dog flower clears heat.
