Function and Efficacy
The seeds of Vaccaria contain three kinds of saponins, including A, B, C and D, all of which are polysaccharides derived from sapogenins of cotton root. The alcohol extract of Vaccaria was given to female mice by gavage. Although the cAMP in the uterus increased significantly, there was no pregnancy, indicating that Vaccaria has anti-implantation and anti-early pregnancy effects. Its decoction has an excitatory effect on the isolated rat uterus. Dry yeast is the dry bacteria of yeast, which mainly contains B vitamins, folic acid, biotin, inositol, aminobenzoic acid and certain enzyme substances, which promote digestion, increase appetite and enhance immune function. Appearance
