This product is a vitamin drug. Similar to niacin, it is a component of coenzyme I and coenzyme II. Appearance
This product is a colorless clear liquid.
Indication
It is mainly used to prevent and treat arrhythmias associated with niacin deficiency, coronary heart disease, viral myocarditis, rheumatic myocarditis and a few digitalis poisoning, and has the effect of preventing heart conduction block.
Usage and Dosage
300~400mg once a day. Add to 250ml of 10% glucose injection and drip intravenously. A course of treatment is 30 days.
Adverse Reactions
Skin flushing and itching may occur after administration. Hyperglycemia, hyperuricemia, and arrhythmia may occur occasionally.
Precautions
It is contraindicated for those who are allergic to this product.
Drug Interactions
Isoniazid and nicotinamide have antagonistic effects. Nicotinamide should be supplemented if isoniazid is taken for a long time.
