Low Molecular Weight Heparin Sodium Injection

Low molecular weight heparin sodium has antithrombin III (ATⅢ)-dependent anti-Xa factor activity. Pharmacodynamic studies have shown that low molecular weight heparin sodium has an inhibitory effect on the formation of thrombi in vivo and in vitro, arterial and venous thrombi. This product can stimulate endothelial cells to release tissue factor coagulation pathway inhibitors and plasminogen activators. Preparations with a molecular weight of ＞6000D affect coagulation function and slightly prolong APTT. This product is not used as a thrombolytic drug, but has an indirect synergistic effect on thrombolytic drugs. When antithrombotic effects are produced, the possibility of bleeding is small. This product has no mutagenic effect and does not affect reproductive function and embryonic development.

The main ingredients and chemical names of this product are: sodium salt of ammonium sulfate, dextran fragment obtained by cleavage of heparin sodium. Molecular weight: less than 8000 Daltons.

This product is a colorless or light yellow clear liquid.

This product is mainly used to prevent blood clot formation during hemodialysis, and can also be used to prevent deep vein thrombosis. Pregnant women with thrombophilia or existing venous thrombosis are indicated for this product.

1. There are many kinds of low molecular weight heparin sodium on the market. Due to the different preparations of each product, the average molecular weight and anti-Xa: anti-IIa ratio of each product are different, so the clinical effect, indication and safety of low molecular weight heparin sodium of each product preparation are different. When using it, you should pay attention to the description of various parameters; 2. The route of administration of this product is subcutaneous injection of the abdominal wall or follow the doctor's advice; 3. Prevent blood clot formation during hemodialysis. The best dose should be selected according to the patient's condition and hemodialysis technical conditions. For example, each vial of this product contains 2500AⅩaIU (or 5000AⅩaIU). At the beginning of each dialysis, 5000AⅩaIU of this product should be injected from the arterial end of the vascular channel, and the dose will not be increased during dialysis or follow the doctor's advice; 4. Prevent deep vein thrombosis. Each vial of this product contains 2500AⅩaIU (or 5000AⅩaIU). Inject 2500AⅩaIU 1-2 hours before surgery, and inject 2500AⅩaIU subcutaneously every day after surgery. Take the medicine continuously for 5 days after surgery.

Minor bleeding, thrombocytopenia, allergic reactions, mild hematoma and necrosis at the injection site may occur occasionally.

It is contraindicated for patients who are allergic to this product, suffer from acute bacterial endocarditis, thrombocytopenia, or accidental cerebral hemorrhage.

When this product is used simultaneously with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, salicylates, oral anticoagulants, drugs that affect platelet function and plasma expanders (dextran), careful observation should be made, as these drugs can increase the risk of bleeding.
