Function and Efficacy
Pharmacological action: This product contains four coagulation factors II, VII, IX, and X that are synthesized in the liver and depend on vitamin K. Vitamin K deficiency and severe liver disease can cause the deficiency of these four factors. And the deficiency of any of the above factors can lead to coagulation disorders. Infusion of this product can increase the concentration of coagulation factors II, VII, IX, and X in the blood.

Appearance
This product is a white or gray-green loose body. After redissolution, it becomes a light yellow, light blue or yellow-green clear liquid.
Indication
Local hemostatic drug. Used as an auxiliary to treat bleeding from general surgical abdominal incisions, liver surgery wounds and tonsil surgery wounds; or use this product as directed by a doctor.
Usage and Dosage
Usage: 1 Before use, preheat this product and sterile water for injection to 20-25℃, inject the preheated sterile water for injection according to the amount indicated on the bottle label, and gently rotate until the product is completely dissolved. 2 It can be diluted with sodium chloride or 5% glucose injection to 50-100 ml, and then intravenously dripped with a blood transfusion device with a filter device. Start with a slow drip, and slightly speed up the drip speed after 15 minutes. 3 During the drip, if clinical symptoms and signs of disseminated intravascular coagulation or thrombosis are found, the use should be stopped immediately and heparin should be used for antagonism. Dosage: 1 The dosage varies with the degree of factor deficiency. After that, patients with coagulation factor VII deficiency should be infused every 6-8 hours, patients with coagulation factor IX deficiency should be infused every 24 hours, and patients with coagulation factor II and coagulation factor X deficiency should be infused every 24-48 hours. The dosage can be reduced as appropriate, and it usually lasts for 2-3 days. 2 In case of large bleeding or major surgery, the dosage can be appropriately increased according to the condition. 3. Patients with prolonged prothrombin time should take medication before surgery, and the treatment during and after surgery should be determined based on their condition.
Adverse Reactions
Generally there are no adverse reactions. Rapid infusion may cause fever, flushing, headache and other side effects. If the infusion is slowed down or stopped, the above symptoms will disappear.
Precautions
There are no known contraindications when the indications are strictly controlled.
