Function and Efficacy
Pharmacological tests show that this product has the following effects: 1. Enhance the immune function of cells, restore the ability of E-rosette formation, and activate T lymphocytes; 2. Inhibit the body's peroxidation reaction and remove free radicals; 3. Inhibit chemical mutagenesis, repair the damage of genetic factor DNA, reduce the increase of micronucleus cell rate, ensure the stability of genetic material and the normal physiological function of antibodies; 4. Promote the survival, proliferation, differentiation and biological activity of bone marrow hematopoietic cells. The results of toxicological studies show that: 1. Acute toxicity: The dose of intravenous injection of this product in mice reached 20ml/Kgd, the dose of intramuscular injection of this product reached 10ml/Kgd, the dose of intraperitoneal injection of this product in rats reached 40ml/Kgd, and the dose of intravenous injection of this product in rabbits reached 8ml/Kgd. No animal had toxic reactions or death during the 14-day observation period after administration. 2. Long-term toxicity: The dose of intraperitoneal injection of this product in rats reached 6.65ml/kgd, and the medication was continued for 5 weeks. During the observation period, the appearance, behavior, eating, defecation and urination of the rats in each drug-treated group were normal, and the weight gain was basically the same as that of the control group, and no animal died. At the end of the experiment, the animals were killed, and the visceral coefficient, blood count, liver and kidney function and other biochemical indicators were measured. The main organs were autopsied with the naked eye and histopathological microscopy, and no toxic reactions were found.
