This product has an inhibitory effect on tumor cell DNA synthesis. Its mode of action is DNA template damage type. It can damage the DNA template of cancer cells, increase the number of cancer cell lysosomes, lead to rupture, release a variety of hydrolases, cause cancer cells to autolyze and die, and activate intrahepatic microparticle P450 enzymes. The in vitro anti-tumor test on human osteosarcoma cells showed that the Ic of this product at 24, 48, and 72 hours were (9.32 plus mn; 0.84), (2.44 plus mn; 0.28), and (1.74 plus mn; 0.18) ptg/mL~, all 10 ptg/mL~; the inhibition rate of chloroquine 75, 150, and 300 mg/kg (ig) on mouse sarcoma 180 (S-180) and Ehrlich carcinoma solid type (EC) tumors was higher than 40%; the life extension rate of S-180 ascites type and EAC mice was 50%, which was significantly different from the control group (P<0.01); in addition, the inhibition rate of chloroquine on H silk, Lewis lung cancer, P3. . and MA. . . tumor models was also higher than 40%. It has been proven that chloroquine has a significant anti-tumor effect and a wide anti-tumor spectrum. It has a significant synergistic effect on chemotherapy (cyclophosphamide, 5-fluorouracil) in tumor-bearing animals (S-180). It can also reduce the toxic and side effects of radiotherapy and chemotherapy and improve the quality of life of patients, especially those with advanced malignant tumors. In addition, chloroquine has been proven to have analgesic effects in a variety of pain models without dependence.
