Indication

The indications of this product are consistent with those of clindamycin hydrochloride oral preparations, and are used to treat infections caused by sensitive bacteria (such as anaerobic bacteria and staphylococci, streptococci, pneumococci, etc.): 1. Respiratory tract infections; 2. Urinary tract infections; 3. Infections of the five sense organs and skin and soft tissue infections, etc.

Usage and Dosage

Oral administration: 0.15-0.3g (1-2 tablets) (calculated as clindamycin) 3-4 times a day; children take 10-20mg per kilogram of body weight per day, divided into 3-4 doses. To prevent the occurrence of acute rheumatic fever, the course of treatment for hemolytic streptococcal infection with this drug is at least 10 days.

Adverse Reactions

1. Patients who are allergic to one type of lincomycin may also have an allergic reaction to clindamycin. 2. Different strains of bacteria may have considerable differences in sensitivity to lincomycin, so drug sensitivity testing is of great significance. 3. It should be used with caution in patients with impaired liver and kidney function. Except for severe impairment, the clindamycin dosage for patients with impaired renal function generally does not need to be reduced. Patients with severe renal impairment and/or severe liver impairment, accompanied by severe metabolic abnormalities, require serum drug concentration monitoring when using high doses. 4. It should be used with caution in patients with gastrointestinal diseases or a history of this disease, especially in patients with ulcerative colitis, localized colitis, and antibiotic-associated enteritis, to avoid pseudomembranous enteritis
