Diclofenac Sodium Lidocaine for Injection

It is mainly used to treat pain caused by the following diseases. 1. Pain caused by inflammation of muscles, joints, joint capsules, synovial bursae, tendons, tendon sheaths and lumbar spine, joint degeneration and extra-articular rheumatism. Such as chronic rheumatoid arthritis, arthritis, vertebral dislocation of joint disease, joint adhesive spondylitis, soft tissue rheumatism, bursitis, tendonitis, low back pain, sciatica, cervical syndrome and some neuritis, neuralgia cases; 2. Acute gout attacks; 3. Pain caused by non-rheumatic inflammation.

1. It is contraindicated for pregnant and lactating women; 2. It is contraindicated for patients who are allergic to acetylsalicylic acid or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (such as asthma attacks, skin reactions, acute rhinitis); 3. It is contraindicated for patients with severe liver disease and hematopoietic dysfunction; 4. It is contraindicated for patients who are allergic to local anesthetics; 5. It is contraindicated for patients with cardiogenic shock, permanent intracardiac conduction disorders, and severe neuropsychiatric history; 6. It should be used with caution in children.

Precautions during pregnancy and lactation: Contraindicated for use by pregnant and lactating women.

Each vial contains 75mg of diclofenac sodium and 20mg of lidocaine hydrochloride (calculated as lidocaine)
