Function and Efficacy
Methylephedrine hydrochloride is an adrenergic drug that relaxes smooth muscles, constricts blood vessels and inhibits the medullary cough center; baicalin is the active ingredient of the traditional Chinese medicine Scutellaria baicalensis, which has the effects of clearing heat, detoxifying and anti-inflammatory; chlorpheniramine maleate is an H1 receptor blocker that can counteract the microvascular dilation and increased capillary permeability caused by histamine.
Ingredients
This product is a compound preparation, each tablet contains 30 mg of methylephedrine hydrochloride, 30 mg of baicalin, and 1 mg of chlorpheniramine maleate.

Appearance
This product is a sugar-coated tablet, which appears yellow or brownish yellow after removing the sugar coating.
Indication
This product is suitable for various bronchitis, wheezing, etc. It can also be used for patients with certain cor pulmonale and those who cannot tolerate ephedrine or other drugs.
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration: Adults take 2 to 3 tablets each time, 3 times a day.
Adverse Reactions
This product has no obvious reaction on the liver, kidney, spleen hematopoietic system, and cardiovascular system. A small number of patients may experience nausea, bitter taste in the mouth, palpitations, etc. in the early stages of medication, which generally does not affect continued medication.
