Gentamycin Procaine Capsules

Gentomycin in this product is an aminoglycoside antibiotic that can inhibit Helicobacter pylori. This product exerts a local bactericidal effect in the stomach for a long time. Procaine can block the nerve endings on the surface of the damaged mucosa, blocking the stimulation of the lesions on the central nervous system and thus quickly relieving pain. Vitamin B12 is a necessary substance for the formation of normal epithelial cells in the digestive tract.

This product is a hard capsule, and the contents are white or off-white powder or granular powder.

It can reduce inflammation, relieve pain, and promote the repair of gastric mucosa. It is mainly used for chronic and superficial gastritis, and can also be used for other gastritis.

Oral administration: 3 times a day, 2 capsules each time, swallow with warm water before meals or as directed by your doctor.

Reactions such as loss of appetite, nausea, and diarrhea may occur. A small number of patients may have decreased renal function, hematuria, oliguria, hearing loss, tinnitus, or a feeling of fullness in the ears (ototoxicity).

It is contraindicated for patients who are allergic to gentamicin sulfate, other aminoglycoside antibiotics, or procaine.

Precautions for children: Since this product has potential ototoxicity and nephrotoxicity, it should be used with caution in children. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Since the absorbed part of this product can enter the fetal circulation through the placenta, pregnant women should use it with caution. Lactating women should suspend breastfeeding during medication. Precautions for the elderly: The renal function of elderly patients has a certain degree of physiological decline. Even if the renal function test value is within the normal range, a smaller therapeutic dose should still be used.

This product may increase nephrotoxicity when used in combination with capreomycin, amphotericin B, cisplatin, ethacrynic acid, furosemide, ceftriaxone or vanzamycin or when used in sequence. 3. This product can weaken the efficacy of sulfonamide drugs and enhance the effect of digitalis.
