1. This product has a certain inhibitory effect on Lewis lung cancer in mice, B16 melanoma lung metastasis, rat W256 carcinosarcoma, and nude mouse transplanted human liver cancer QGY. 2. This product combined with a small dose of cyclophosphamide can enhance the inhibitory effect on rat transplanted Wacker carcinosarcoma W256; it has an inhibitory effect on the decrease of leukocytes and the increase of ALT in mice caused by 5-fluorouracil, cyclophosphamide or cisplatin, and the increase of BUN in mice caused by cisplatin. 3. This product can promote the proliferation of spleen lymphocytes in tumor-bearing mice, increase the activity of NK cells, and promote the phagocytic function of macrophages; it has a certain effect on prolonging the normal pressure hypoxia tolerance survival time and swimming time of tumor-bearing and normal mice. 4. This product can inhibit the pain response of mice caused by acetic acid and reduce the number of twisting.

Coix seed oil for injection. Excipients include soybean lecithin for injection and glycerin for injection.

Oil-in-water white emulsion.

Slow intravenous drip of 200 ml, once a day, 21 days as a course of treatment, 3-5 days after the next course of treatment. When combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy, the dose can be reduced as appropriate. For the first use, the drip speed should be slow, the drip speed should be 20 drops/minute in the first 10 minutes, and can be continuously increased after 20 minutes, and can be controlled at 40-60 drops/minute after 30 minutes.

Clinically, lipid allergy is occasionally seen, such as fever, mild nausea, and chills. Most of these symptoms disappear naturally after 3 to 5 days of use. Mild phlebitis is occasionally seen.

It is contraindicated in patients with severe fat metabolism disorders (acute shock, acute pancreatitis, pathological hyperlipidemia, lipid nephropathy, etc.). It should be used with caution in patients with severe liver function abnormalities. It is contraindicated in pregnant women.

Precautions during pregnancy and lactation: Contraindicated for use during pregnancy.

There is no information on the interaction of this product with other drugs.
