Dipyridamole. Chemical name: 2,2',2",2'''-[(4,8-dipiperidinylpyrimido[5,4-d]pyrimidine-2,6-diyl)bis(nitrogen)-tetraethanol Molecular weight: C24H40N8O4

This product is a double-layer coated tablet of enteric coating and film coating, the inner layer contains aspirin and the outer layer contains dipyridamole.

Oral administration, 1-2 tablets at a time, three times a day, one hour before meals, or as directed by a doctor.

Adverse reactions are mild and short-lived at therapeutic doses, and most of the initial side effects disappear after long-term use. Common adverse reactions include dizziness, headache, vomiting, diarrhea, flushing, rash and itching, and rarely angina and liver dysfunction. Persistent or intolerable adverse reactions are rare and can be eliminated after discontinuation of the drug. In post-marketing experience reports, rare adverse reactions include laryngeal edema, fatigue, discomfort, myalgia, arthritis, nausea, dyspepsia, paresthesia, hepatitis, alopecia, cholelithiasis, palpitations and tachycardia.

Contraindicated for allergy sufferers.

1. It has a synergistic effect with aspirin. When used with aspirin, the dose should be reduced to 100-200 mg per day. 2. When this product is used together with dicoumarol anticoagulants, bleeding does not increase or worsen.
