Usage and Dosage
5-10 mg for intramuscular injection, twice a day. Dissolve in 2 ml of water for injection before use. 10-20 mg for intravenous injection, once a day. Dissolve in 250 ml of normal saline or 500 ml of 5% or 10% glucose injection before use.
Adverse Reactions
When using this product, you may occasionally experience itching all over your body, chest tightness, fatigue, rash, palpitations, etc. If the above symptoms occur, please stop taking the drug immediately and treat the symptoms, and the symptoms will disappear.
Precautions
It is contraindicated in patients with hemorrhagic diseases and during the bleeding period of cerebral hemorrhage.
Drug Interactions
1. This product reacts with aminoglycoside drugs (such as gentamicin sulfate) to produce precipitation. The syringes and needles used to dilute this product should avoid contact with aminoglycoside drugs. 2. When this product is used with a solution with a low pH value, the effective ingredients may precipitate. Therefore, it should not be used with infusions or drugs with a pH value lower than 4.2.
