This product is a bone metabolism regulator that can enter the hydroxyapatite crystals in the bone matrix. When osteoclasts dissolve the crystals, the drug is released, which can inhibit the activity of osteoclasts and indirectly inhibit bone resorption through osteoblasts.

1. Hypercalcemia complicated by malignant tumors. 2. Bone pain caused by osteolytic cancer metastasis. 3. Can prevent or delay osteolytic bone metastasis of malignant tumors. 4. Various types of osteoporosis.

1. Paget's disease: 300 mg/day, intravenous drip for more than 3 hours, for 5 days, then oral administration. 2. Hypercalcemia: 300 mg/day, intravenous drip for 3-5 days or 1.5 g intravenous drip once, then oral administration after blood calcium returns to normal.

1. Dizziness and fatigue may occur in a few cases, but they usually disappear with continued treatment. 2. Adverse reactions such as increased serum lactate dehydrogenase and other liver enzyme levels, leukopenia, and abnormal renal function may sometimes occur.

1. Patients who are allergic to this product are prohibited from using this product. 2. Patients with severe renal impairment and osteomalacia are prohibited from using this product.
