Naproxen easily passes through the placental barrier and has adverse effects on the fetal vascular system. At the same time, animal experiments have confirmed that naproxen can delay the delivery process. In addition, the drug concentration in breast milk is about 1% of the plasma concentration. Therefore, pregnant and lactating women, especially in the last three months of pregnancy, should avoid taking naproxen preparations. Precautions for the elderly: Elderly patients have low plasma protein binding rates and poor tolerance. Their gastrointestinal, kidney and liver functions are easily affected by drugs. Therefore, when elderly patients take medication, they should use the lowest effective dose and regularly check liver function indicators, creatinine clearance and other indicators to ensure that patients use medication safely or follow doctor's advice.
