Rescue measures: The above symptoms can be eliminated by using opioid receptor antagonists (such as naloxone). Because their action time is shorter than that of tramadol hydrochloride, it should be noted that small amounts should be given multiple times. In addition, further measures can be taken, such as endotracheal intubation and artificial respiration. In case of convulsions, benzodiazepines can be considered. At the same time, measures should be taken to prevent heat loss. If tramadol poisoning occurs, gastric lavage can be considered.

This product is a white or off-white conical suppository.

Used for acute and chronic pain in cancer, postoperative pain, fractures, trauma, joints, nervous system, etc.

For rectal administration, adults take 0.1g (one tablet) at a time, twice a day, or as directed by a doctor. The daily dose should not exceed 0.4g (4 tablets).

After taking the drug, symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, sweating, dry mouth, dizziness, fatigue, drowsiness, etc. may occur, and coma may occur occasionally. In a few cases, effects on the cardiovascular system (such as palpitations, tachycardia, postural hypotension and circulatory collapse) may also be found, especially when the patient is upright and tired. In addition, headaches, constipation, gastrointestinal dysfunction, skin itching, and rashes are less common. Motor weakness, loss of appetite, and urination disorders rarely occur. Psychiatric side effects are extremely rare and vary from person to person, including changes in mood (mostly high spirits, but sometimes also manifested as bad moods), changes in activities (mostly reduced activity, sometimes increased activity), and changes in cognitive and sensory abilities (impaired judgment and understanding). Concussion has been reported in individual cases, but this situation generally occurs after injection of high doses.

This product is contraindicated for patients who are highly sensitive to tramadol hydrochloride and patients with acute poisoning by alcohol, sleeping pills, analgesics or other psychotropic drugs; 2. This product should be used with caution in opioid-dependent patients, patients with unexplained confusion of consciousness, respiratory center and respiratory function disorders, patients with increased intracranial pressure and no artificial respiration equipment, and infants under one year old; 3. During pregnancy, the dosage of tramadol hydrochloride must be limited (only a single dose is allowed). Long-term use during pregnancy can lead to drug habituation, and newborns will experience withdrawal symptoms after birth. If tramadol hydrochloride is taken immediately before or at birth, it will not affect the contraction function of the uterus, and may cause changes in the respiratory rate of the newborn, but it is not clinically relevant. If used during lactation, the amount of tramadol hydrochloride in breast milk is 0.1% of the maternal blood content, and a single dose does not require the termination of lactation.

The combination of this product with ethanol, sedatives, analgesics or other psychotropic drugs can cause acute poisoning. The dosage should be appropriately reduced when this product is used in combination with central nervous system depressants (such as diazepam). The combination with barbiturates can prolong the duration of action.
