Function and Efficacy
This prescription is composed of 4 herbs. Licorice is sweet and mild in nature, and has the functions of removing phlegm and relieving cough, replenishing qi and tonifying the middle, and harmonizing the properties of the herbs. It is used for children's cough and is the main herb; Platycodon grandiflorum is bitter and pungent, and is in the lung meridian. It has the functions of clearing the lungs, resolving phlegm and relieving sore throat, and is the assistant herb; ammonium chloride and orange peel tincture are used to enhance the efficacy.

Appearance
This product is a reddish brown translucent viscous liquid with a sweet taste.
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration: 5 ml once for children aged 2 to 5 years, reduce the dosage as appropriate for children under 2 years old, 5 to 10 ml once for children over 5 years old, 3 to 4 times a day.
