Function and Efficacy
The acetaminophen in this product can inhibit the synthesis of prostaglandins and has antipyretic and analgesic effects; caffeine is a central nervous system stimulant that can enhance the antipyretic and analgesic effects of acetaminophen and reduce the central nervous system inhibitory effects such as drowsiness and dizziness caused by other drugs; chlorpheniramine maleate is an antihistamine that can relieve symptoms of runny nose, nasal congestion and sneezing; in vitro cultured bezoar has antipyretic and sedative effects.
Ingredients
This product is a compound preparation, each tablet contains 250 mg of acetaminophen, 15 mg of caffeine, 1 mg of chlorpheniramine maleate, and 10 mg of in vitro cultured bezoar. The auxiliary materials are starch, dextrin, and magnesium stearate.

Appearance
This product is a capsule, and the contents are colored mixed granules.
Indication
It is suitable for relieving symptoms such as fever, headache, sore limbs, sneezing, runny nose, nasal congestion, and sore throat caused by the common cold and influenza.
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration: 1~2 capsules at a time, 3 times a day.
Adverse Reactions
Sometimes there are mild dizziness, fatigue, nausea, upper abdominal discomfort, dry mouth, lack of appetite and rash, which can recover on their own.
Precautions
It is contraindicated in patients with severe hepatic and renal impairment.
Special Population Medication
Precautions for children: Not recommended for children. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Use with caution for pregnant and lactating women. Precautions for the elderly: Elderly patients should use with caution due to decreased liver and kidney function.
Drug Interactions
1. When used with other antipyretic analgesics, the risk of nephrotoxicity may be increased. 2. This product should not be used with chloramphenicol, barbiturates (such as phenobarbital), etc. 3.
