Sodium and chloride are important electrolytes in the body, mainly existing in extracellular fluid, and play a very important role in maintaining normal blood and extracellular fluid volume and osmotic pressure.

This product is a compound preparation, which consists of 5% glucose and 0.9% sodium chloride.

This product is a colorless clear liquid.

1. Supplement heat and body fluids. Used for insufficiency of food intake or loss of a large amount of body fluids (such as vomiting, diarrhea, etc.) caused by various reasons, total intravenous nutrition, starvation ketosis. 2. Drug diluent. 3. Hypochloremic metabolic alkalosis.

1. Eating less and only supplementing with glucose solution for a long time may cause electrolyte disorders such as hypokalemia and hyponatremia. 2. Overdose of this product in patients with heart failure may cause palpitations, arrhythmia, dyspnea, and even acute left heart failure. 3. Hypophosphatemia is prone to occur when used in combination with insulin without paying attention to phosphate supplementation. 4. Too fast or too much administration may lead to high blood pressure, headache, and dizziness. 5. Too fast or too much administration may lead to weight gain and edema. 6. Phlebitis may occur at the injection site.

The following patients are contraindicated for use: 1. Diabetes; 2. Heart failure; 3. Pulmonary edema; 4. Cerebral edema, increased intracranial pressure; 5. Cirrhosis with ascites; 6. Acute renal failure in the oliguric stage; Chronic renal failure with poor response to diuretics; 7. Hypernatremia.

Precautions for children: This product is generally not used for infants and young children. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: This drug can cause joint lesions in underage animals, so pregnant and lactating women should use it with caution. Precautions for the elderly: No special restrictions.
