Hydroxycamptothecin is a cytotoxic anti-tumor drug. It is a cell cycle-specific drug that mainly acts in the S phase and selectively inhibits DNA topoisomerase I (TOPOI). TOPOI catalyzes the unwinding of supercoiled DNA for replication and transcription. This product inhibits the activity of TOPOI, thereby blocking DNA replication and transcription and interfering with the tumor cell proliferation cycle. Recent research literature suggests that hydroxycamptothecin may also induce tumor cell differentiation and apoptosis.

The main ingredient of this product is hydroxycamptothecin. Chemical name: (S)-4,9-dihydroxy-4-ethyl-1H-pyrano[3',4':6,7]indolizine[1,2b]quinoline-3,14-(4H,12H)-dione. Chemical structure: Molecular formula: C20H16N2O5 Molecular weight: 364.36 Auxiliary materials: sodium hydroxide, l-cysteine.

Anti-tumor drugs. Suitable for primary liver cancer, gastric cancer, bladder cancer, colorectal cancer, head and neck epithelial cancer, leukemia and other malignant tumors.

This product should not be dissolved or diluted with acidic liquids such as glucose. Primary liver cancer: ① Intravenous injection, 4-6 mg per day, dissolved with 20 ml of 0.9% sodium chloride injection, slowly injected, or follow the doctor's advice. ② Hepatic artery administration, 4 mg plus 10 ml of 0.9% sodium chloride injection, infused once a day, 15 to 30 days as a course of treatment. Gastric cancer: Intravenous injection, 4-6 mg per day, dissolved with 20 ml of 0.9% sodium chloride injection, slowly injected, or follow the doctor's advice. Bladder cancer: After bladder instillation, add high-frequency diathermy for 100 minutes, and the dose is gradually increased from 10 mg to 20 mg, twice a week, 10 to 15 times as a course of treatment. Rectal cancer: Through the inferior mesenteric artery cannulation, 6-8 mg of hydroxycamptothecin, added to 500 ml of 0.9% sodium chloride injection, injected into the artery, once a day, 15 to 20 times as a course of treatment. Head and neck epithelial cancer: intravenous injection, 4-6 mg per day, dissolved in 20 ml of 0.9% sodium chloride injection, slowly injected, or follow the doctor's advice. Leukemia: Adult dose is 6-8 mg/m2 per day based on body surface area, added to sodium chloride injection and intravenously dripped, continuous administration, 30 days as a course of treatment, or follow the doctor's advice.
