Appearance

This product is a white or light yellow freeze-dried block, which should be a light yellow clear liquid after dissolution.

Indication

It is used for acute and chronic hepatitis, idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura, and leukocytopenia and platelet decrease caused by chemotherapy and radiotherapy; it has a certain auxiliary therapeutic effect on coronary artery sclerosis, chronic arteritis, myocardial infarction, oliguria and uremia caused by renal insufficiency.

Usage and Dosage

Intramuscular injection: 1-2 vials each time, dissolve in 1-2ml 0.9% sodium chloride injection and inject intramuscularly. Intravenous drip: 1-2 vials each time, dilute in 5% glucose injection and drip intravenously. 1-2 times a day or once every other day. For patients with severe wasting diseases and tumors, increase the dosage as appropriate according to the doctor's advice.

Adverse Reactions

1 Gastrointestinal reactions: May cause digestive dysfunction, such as upper abdominal pain, nausea, and diarrhea. The drug is rarely discontinued due to this. Taking the drug after meals can reduce or avoid side effects of the digestive system. 2 Rash: Generally papular erythema, eczema, or prurigo. If the rash is extensive and persistent, and symptomatic treatment is ineffective and there is a tendency to worsen, the drug must be discontinued. 3 Rarely, there may be leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, anemia, and bone marrow suppression, which mainly occur in patients with renal insufficiency. If such adverse reactions occur, drug discontinuation should be considered. 4 Others include hair loss, fever, lymphadenopathy, hepatotoxicity, interstitial nephritis, and allergic vasculitis. The above adverse reactions generally occur after discontinuation of the drug.

Precautions

1. Patients who are allergic to this product are prohibited from using it. 2. Pregnant women are prohibited from using it. 3. Patients in the early stage of cerebral hemorrhage are prohibited from using it. 4. Patients with atrioventricular block are prohibited from using it.
