Function and Efficacy
[Pharmacology and Toxicology] It works by inhibiting bacterial DNA gyrase and DNA replication. Due to its unique mechanism of action, it has the characteristics of a broad antibacterial spectrum and strong antibacterial activity, and has a strong antibacterial effect on both Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria. It is effective for infections with Staphylococcus, Streptococcus pyogenes, hemolytic Streptococcus, Enterococcus, Pneumococcus, Escherichia coli, Citrobacter, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Enterobacter, Serratia, Proteus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Haemophilus influenzae, Acinetobacter, Campylobacter, and Chlamydia sensitive bacteria. This product has no cross-resistance with other types of antibacterial drugs. [Pharmacokinetics] After one drop of eye drops, the corneal concentration reaches a maximum of 3.22ug/g in 1 hour, and the aqueous humor concentration reaches a peak of 0.71μg/ml in 30 minutes. The intraocular permeability is good after local eye drops.
Ingredients
The main ingredient of this product is ofloxacin. Its chemical name is (±)-9-fluoro-2,3-dihydro-3-methyl-10-(4-methyl-1-piperazinyl)-7-oxo-7-hydro-pyrido(1,2,3-de)[1,4-benzoxazine-6-carboxylic acid.

Appearance
This product is a slightly yellow or light yellow clear solution.
Indication
This product is suitable for the treatment of external eye infections such as bacterial conjunctivitis, keratitis, corneal ulcers, dacryocystitis, and postoperative infections.
Usage and Dosage
Apply inside the eyelids, 3 to 5 times a day, 1 to 2 drops each time, or as directed by a doctor.
Adverse Reactions
Occasionally there are pungent, stinging symptoms.
Precautions
It is contraindicated in patients who are allergic to ofloxacin or quinolones.

Drug Interactions
