This product is an adrenergic agonist. It can selectively stimulate β2-receptors, relax bronchial smooth muscles, inhibit the release of endogenous spasm-inducing substances and edema caused by endogenous mediators, improve the clearance ability of bronchial mucosal ciliary epithelium, and relax uterine smooth muscles.

Appearance
This product is white tablets.
Indication
Bronchial asthma, chronic asthmatic bronchitis, obstructive pulmonary emphysema and other lung diseases accompanied by bronchospasm.
Usage and Dosage
Oral. Dosage should be individualized. Adults: 1.25 mg (half a tablet) once, 2 to 3 times a day for the first 1 to 2 weeks. Later, it can be increased to 2.5 mg (1 tablet) once, 3 times a day. Children: 0.065 mg/kg per day (but the total amount at a time should not exceed 1.25 mg), orally 3 times a day.
Adverse Reactions
The degree of adverse reactions depends on the dose and route of administration. Starting from a small dose and gradually increasing to the therapeutic dose can reduce adverse reactions. Tremors, headaches, nausea, rigidity, tachycardia and palpitations have been reported, which are all characteristic of sympathomimetic amines. If these adverse reactions occur, most of them disappear naturally within 1-2 weeks of starting the medication. Rashes and urticaria may occur as adverse reactions. Sleep disorders and behavioral disorders, such as irritability, hyperactivity, and restlessness, have also been found.

It is contraindicated for those who are allergic to this product.
Special Population Medication
Precautions for children: The dosage for children under 12 years old and pediatrics has not been established. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Because it can relax uterine smooth muscle, it can inhibit uterine activity and delivery in pregnant women, so it should be used with caution. Precautions for the elderly: Follow the doctor's advice.
Drug Interactions
1. Concurrent use of other adrenergic receptor agonists can increase the efficacy, but adverse reactions may also be aggravated. 2. Concurrent use of theophylline drugs can increase the efficacy, but adverse reactions such as palpitations may also be aggravated. 3. Non-selective β-blockers can partially or completely inhibit the effect of this drug.
