Function and Efficacy
This product is an adrenergic agonist. It can selectively stimulate b2-receptors, relax bronchial smooth muscles, inhibit the release of endogenous spasm-inducing substances and edema caused by endogenous mediators, improve the clearance ability of bronchial mucosal ciliary epithelium, and relax uterine smooth muscles.

Indication
For bronchial asthma, chronic bronchitis, emphysema and other lung diseases accompanied by bronchospasm
Usage and Dosage
Adults: 1.25 mg (half a tablet) each time, 2-3 times a day for the first 1-2 weeks. Later, it can be increased to 2.5 mg (one tablet) each time, 3 times a day. Children: 0.065-0.075 mg per kilogram of body weight each time, 3 times a day.
Adverse Reactions
Tremor, tonic spasm and palpitations are occasionally seen. The degree of adverse reactions depends on the dose and route of administration. Gradually increasing the dose from a small dose to the therapeutic dose can reduce adverse reactions. If adverse reactions occur, most of them disappear naturally within 1 to 2 weeks after the start of medication.
Precautions
It is contraindicated for those who are allergic to this product.
Special Population Medication
Precautions for children: The dosage for children under 12 years old and pediatrics has not been established. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Because it can relax uterine smooth muscle, it can inhibit the uterine activity and delivery of pregnant women, so it should be used with caution. Precautions for the elderly: This experiment has not been conducted and there is no reliable reference literature.
Drug Interactions
1. Using other adrenergic receptor agonists together can increase the efficacy, but adverse reactions may also be aggravated. 2. Using theophylline drugs together can increase the efficacy, but adverse reactions such as palpitations may also be aggravated. 3. Non-selective b-blockers can partially or completely inhibit the effect of this drug.
