First, the main components: cationic aliphatic polyurethane dispersion

Second, the product features:

film hardness, adhesion, gloss, transparency, and excellent water resistance, alkali resistance, organic solvent resistance.

 Excellent resistance to yellowing.

 The dispersion is stable, no mechanical residue and precipitation.

 non-toxic, safe, no smell, no formaldehyde and other harmful gases, non-organic tin.

Third, the performance parameters:

1. Emulsion performance:

 Appearance: milky blue liquid

 Ion type: cation

 Solid content: 25 ± 1%

 PH value: 5.0 to 7.0

 Viscosity: ≤ 200mPa.s / 25 ℃

2. Coating performance:

 Breaking strength: ≥30Mpa

 Elongation: ≥400%

 Water absorption: ≤ 5%

Fourth, the product uses:

Wood coating, metal paint, leather coating top coating, water-based ink binder, plastic finish, etc.

Fifth, use:

Add thickener, leveling agent, antifoaming agent and wetting agent according to the requirements.

The amount of adhesive: 10-12g / m2

Coating process: roller coating or spraying

6, storage, transportation:

Sealed in a cool place, valid for 12 months; non-hazardous, non-toxic goods, according to ordinary water transport items.
