Chemical properties:

It is odorless, almost odorless, neutral, non-volatile, non-flammable, stable to heat, and has little change in viscosity in a large temperature range. Very poor conductivity. Soluble in benzene, toluene, carbon tetrachloride, chloroform and ether, slightly soluble in acetone and ethanol, insoluble in methanol, propylene glycol, liquid paraffin, glycerin, vegetable oil and water.
use:
