    Chemical properties: Orange crystals are precipitated from acetic acid. Appropriate amount is red when dissolved in ethanol, brown and yellow fluorescent when dissolved in ether, and purple when dissolved in caustic lye and ammonia.
    Uses: Used as an intermediate for the manufacture of vat dyes, disperse dyes and reactive dyes. Transparent Orange 2G is mainly used for oil coloring. It can also be used for coloring various plastics, resins and their products.
    Uses: This product is an important dye intermediate. It is disperse brown GL (C.I.58050). Used for making Chemicalbook disperse blue HSR, disperse blue 5R, disperse blue B, disperse dark blue RB, acid anthraquinone blue R, weak acid brilliant blue RAW weak acid green GS, reduced gray BG, reduced brown BR, etc.; 1,4-diaminoanthraquinone. 1,4-Dihydroxyanthraquinone-2-sulfonic acid can be obtained from 1,4-dihydroxyquinone through sulfonation.
    Uses: Organic synthesis, manufacture of anthraquinone vat dyes and other intermediates. Disperse brown GL itself (C.I.58050)
