【Use】
This product is a compound with reactive functional groups, which can be widely used in various printing and dyeing fabrics of direct, acidic, neutral, ice dyeing, vulcanization and cross-linking dyes. After being treated by this product, it can improve various fastness properties such as dye soaping, perspiration, and water immersion friction. The processed fabric has the advantages of bright color and satisfactory feel. This product is especially suitable for printing and dyeing nylon fabric acid dyes. The cross-linking agent DE is particularly suitable for use with cross-linking dyes. Cross-linking agent DE is used in conjunction with Crosslink Greenland GB. Can be dyed into a deep chroma.

【Application Method】

1. Dosage, the amount of cross-linking agent DE should be appropriately increased or decreased depending on the type of dye and the depth of dyeing, the general dosage is 2 ~ 5 grams / liter
2. Fixation cross-linking temperature
1. Silk, viscose, nylon and other fabrics are directly, acid, neutral, cross-linking and other dyes are generally fixed at 60 ~ 70 ℃
2. Cross-chain ice dyeing on cotton fabrics, the curing cross-linking temperature of sulfur dyes is generally 30～40℃
3. Fixing time
1. Silk, viscose, nylon and other fabrics are directly, acid, neutral cross-linking and other dye fixing time is preferably 30 minutes
2. The cross-linking of cotton fabrics, ice dyeing, and vulcanizing dyes should take 5 to 10 minutes.
4. The pH value of the solid color cross-linking bath
1. Silk, nylon and other fabrics, the pH value of the fixing method is preferably PH=9～9.6 (adjusted with ammonia)
2. Cotton, viscose and other fabrics should be PH=10～11 (adjusted with soda ash)
